Gutters & Downspouts
Gutters and Downspouts work as a system to drain ice, snow and rain water from your roof. In the mountains gutters not only divert rainwater, but also prevent ice buildup in front of homes in the winter. All Gutters and downspouts that The Roofing Company installs are seamless, which means that there is just one gutter with no sections. This prevents water from leaking at the seams and also prevents ice buildup in the winter.
Rolled Form Gutters
At The Roofing Company, rolled form gutters are the standard. We utilize a portable seamless gutter machine that is capable of producing 5” K-style gutters from steel and copper. This process allows us to roll any custom length to create a seamless gutter system to meet a wide array of needs and applications.
Custom Gutters
We also have the capabilities to fabricate customized gutters to meet design standards and needs. For a more custom detailed gutter and downspout systems, we can order manufactured custom gutters.
Chimney Caps
Our skilled craftsmen can fabricate and install any size chimney covers for stone, wood or stucco surfaces. Chimney caps add interest and character while protecting your chimney from water damage.

Cover up unsightly chimney termination caps with a decorative chimney shroud. All chimney caps and shrouds are fabricated in-house to maintain the highest standards in quality and workmanship.
Roof Flashing
Flashings provide protection from the harsh mountain weather conditions. All roof flashing is fabricated in-house and include window, door, sill, deck and more.
Soffit & Fascia
Metal soffits and fascia protect those hard-to-maintain areas where water and decay do their dirty work. We install soffit and fascia using custom metals and colors, there’s no need to paint and they come with a 20-year paint warranty.

Finishes
- Paint- Many different options with custom color matching available.
- Patina- Don’t wait decades to achieve the warmth and unique character of patina. Through an accelerated process, we can install patina metal today that would normally take 25 years or more to form.
- Clear coating- A clear protective coating which provides protection for metal from scratches, tarnish, corrosion and oxidation. Clear coating seals the metal finish and protects the color from weathering.
- Powder Coating- Applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. More durable and much thicker coatings than conventional liquid paint.
- Polished Metals- Finishing process that polishes custom designs and patterns directly onto the metal surface.
