Jeff Johnston

President

Jeff established The Roofing Company in 1976, a half-million dollar company at the time, with a bookkeeper and five other people. Jeff reviews and oversees reporting from accounting, operations, marketing, and estimating on a daily basis. He provides input and guidance on all aspects of the business and works to maintain a strong relationship between The Roofing Company and its long-standing builders and clients. Jeff is also President of the Colorado Roofing Association.

Carol Moquin

Admin Manager

Carol started with The Roofing Company in 1986 as the bookkeeper and has been involved in all internal aspects of the growth The Roofing Company has experienced since. Carol has gone from overseeing projects from start to finish as the only office personnel at the time to currently overseeing these details from a management perspective. She has been an essential part of the evolution The Roofing Company has experienced and continues to take part in all day-to-day issues, as well as accounting, payroll, human relations, and much more!

Richard Kitzis

General Manager

Richard Kitzis started with The Roofing Company in 1986 as a roofer, and in 1996 he became General Manager of Operations. With his superior knowledge of all roofing systems, he also established a Roof Consultant business, Roof Knowledge LLC, which has benefitted The Roofing Company in complex roofing situations. With all the knowledge Richard has gained over the years, he continues to manage the company with success and has greatly contributed to the growth of the company throughout his career.

Brad Perry

Senior Estimator

Brad joined The Roofing Company as Senior Estimator in 2007, bringing over 30 years of construction experience with him. He’s experienced in a variety of specialties, including business management, general contracting, sales, drafting and home design, department supervision, project management, and complete job estimating skills both in commercial and residential construction.

Brad has a strong commitment to service and has served on several community and industry committees, while continually looking for local and long-distance opportunities to volunteer his professional services. He has worked fervently on developing relationships with architects, contractors, building officials, and clients while striving for the desires of all in bringing the projects to close within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of the architect’s intentions and the client’s needs.
