Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

What you’ll be doing:
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for gathering customer leads from office lines, websites and social media platforms, assisting with market research, and will work with the Sales Manager and Sales staff to track completed jobs and communicate job performance.
They will also be responsible for management of social media platforms, marketing campaign updates and presentation materials associated with our annual AIA and sales presentations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist walk-in customers/vendors.
• Taking and tracking of all customer/project leads, including updating of FUP.
• Taking and tracking snow removal leads, commercial and residential snow maintenance contracts
• Complete weekly meeting agendas and associated reports.
• Manage and tracks sales progress of all customer leads.
• Track sales goals with the sales department.
• Manages and tracks completed job costs and communicates job performance to team.
• Supports the daily workflow and helps Project Coordinators, Project Managers and General Manger complete job duties associated with active jobs.
• Complete daily/weekly social media blasts to increase our visibility within our market.
• Ordering and keeping stock of office supplies at par levels; AP/PR manager will assist.
• Plan and lead team in all company events.
• Distribute all info from CRA and other trade organizations, register for required events.
• Registering and creating warranty packages on completed projects to send to customers.
• Circulating information between departments (Price increases, association recommended articles, upcoming events we may want to be involved in, etc.)
• Assist Executive and Marketing teams with market research and preparation/presentation of materials.
• Tracking and keeping of all Tool Box Talks and maintaining safety supply inventories.
• Updating and maintaining AIA documents and distributing to customers and vendors.
• Responsible for training any new receptionist.
• Manages, tracks and recruits active job postings in the department.
• Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
• Projects and special assignment from Owner/President.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
